The Housing Repairs Coordinator in Liverpool will manage and schedule responsive maintenance requests, ensuring tenants receive timely service. This is a full-time role based in Liverpool with a salary of £29,400 per annum. The role involves logging work orders, liaising with contractors, and updating customers on progress. The position requires strong organisational abilities, effective communication, and experience coordinating trades or repairs.

Responsibilities
  • Data entry and administration: enter data into Asset Management systems with high data quality; raise works orders and update project details; monitor progress on projects and repairs/voids; extract standard and ad-hoc reports; provide support to the team as an advanced user of Asset Management systems.
  • Contract administration: administer repairs pre/post inspection process; manage contractor meeting minutes, organize meetings, and related admin tasks.
  • Contracts and budgets: ensure contractors awarded work orders are accredited; monitor contractor performance and customer satisfaction; liaise with Accounts Payable/Contractors/Project Managers; address invoice queries and payments; implement action plans to address budget variances; ensure delegated authorities are followed.
Qualifications
  • Essential: experience delivering customer service; experience of partnership working; experience of working as part of a team; IT skills in Microsoft Office to an intermediate level; experience following set policies and processes.
  • Desirable: knowledge and awareness of related housing regulations/law; understanding of budgetary controls; knowledge of sub-contractor and repairs service.
