Sales Advisor – Leicestershire (Covering different sites)
Overview
The Sales Advisor will cover multiple development sites across Leicestershire for a leading housebuilder. The position is full‑time and permanent, offering a base salary of £33,126.54 plus competitive OTE, commission and bonus. You will work Monday to Friday, 10am‑5pm, with either Tuesday/Wednesday or Thursday/Friday off, and one weekend off every four weeks. This role requires flexibility to travel across sites and a genuine passion for helping people find their ideal property.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist prospective purchasers visiting the development
- Build rapport with customers and identify their individual requirements
- Manage enquiries and follow‑up leads
- Conduct development and show home tours
- Take reservations and complete all associated sales documentation accurately
- Liaise with solicitors, estate agents and financial advisers throughout the sales process
- Maintain excellent product knowledge, local market awareness and competitor information
- Ensure compliance and paperwork with all sales procedures, regulations and health & safety requirements
- Consistently deliver exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets
About You
- Previous experience in new homes sales
- Strong sales, negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
- A positive, self‑motivated approach
- Full UK driving licence
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays, with one weekend off every four weeks
