Manpower UK is seeking skilled Painters for a temporary assignment in Leicester, working Monday to Friday from 18th August to 4th September 2026. Based in the city centre, this role involves preparing surfaces through cleaning, sanding, and masking, then applying industrial-grade paints and finishes with precision. You will inspect completed work to uphold quality standards, follow health and safety protocols, and collaborate with colleagues to finish projects on schedule. The position pays up to £17.00 per hour and suits those who take pride in delivering high-quality finishes on diverse tasks. A keen eye for detail and commitment to the full period are essential.
What you’ll be doing
- Preparing surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking to ensure optimal paint adhesion
- Applying industrial-grade paints, coatings, and finishes with precision
- Inspecting completed work to ensure it meets quality standards
- Following health and safety guidelines at all times
- Collaborating with team members to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard

Hours & compensation
