JAM Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Sales Advisor to cover multiple development sites across Leicestershire. The role is full-time and permanent with a base salary of £33,126.54 plus OTE, commission and bonus. Working Monday to Friday, 10am–5pm, you’ll have one weekend off every four weeks and occasional travel across sites.
You will welcome prospective buyers, qualify their needs, manage inquiries, and close sales while liaising with solicitors and advisers throughout the process.
