JOB TITLE: Childcare Solicitor
PQE: 3+ PQE
LOCATION: Leicester
SALARY: Circa £40k - £50k (DOE)
THE ROLE:
Playing a key role within the expanding team, the appointed Childcare Solicitor will be a part of a team who provides expertise to parents, grandparents and other family members as well as preparing court bundles, instructing counsel. You will possess the ability to manage your own caseload of matters and ensure a first-class service to your clients.
THE CANDIDATE:
Covering all aspects of childcare work, you will have the opportunity to undertake a range of care work including Care Orders, Special Guardianship, Child protection case conferences, child arrangement orders to name but a few matters you could be dealing with. You will have at least 3 years PQE and be able to take a professional approach to your work. Ideally you will be Children Panel member.
THE FIRM:
On offer from this supportive and growing practice is 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays, hybrid working 3 days in the office and 2 day working from home – team / client dependent. Progression opportunities and company pension also on offer
