This full-time position offers a salary between £38,000 and £50,000, dependent on experience, and suits a Project Architect, Architectural Technologist, or Technician. The successful candidate will take ownership of substantial residential, care and heritage projects, guiding them from initial design through to completion. Working closely with clients and consultants, you will lead project delivery, ensuring technically sound and robust solutions. Role & Responsibilities- Lead and manage multiple projects through a range of RIBA stages
- Produce and coordinate technical drawing packages using Revit
- Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors throughout project delivery
- Attend site visits, design team meetings and client meetings
- Respond to technical and construction queries
- Produce high-quality construction details and ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations
- Work collaboratively within the wider residential team to deliver projects on programme
- Qualified Architect, Architectural Technologist or Architectural Technician
- Minimum of 5 years' experience within a UK architectural practice
- Strong residential experience, ideally with developer led projects
- Good technical knowledge and understanding of UK Building Regulations
- Proficient in Revit with experience delivering live projects
- Excellent communication and project-running skills
- Full UK right to work
