Pertemps Gloucester (Chiltern) Industrial is seeking a Class 1 Driver for full-time contract work in Ledbury.
Responsibilities:
- Monday to Friday day shifts, commencing between 06:00 and 08:00, handling full pallets on curtain-sider vehicles (no handball required).
- Accommodate tramping and night-out opportunities, paid at £25 per night.
- Workload can be ad-hoc or full-time based on the driver’s preference.
Qualifications:
- Hold a valid UK CE driving licence (Class 1) in date.
- Hold a valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card in date.
- Positive, professional, customer-facing 'Can Do' attitude.
- Team player who keeps trucks clean and tidy.
- Maximum of 9 points for minor endorsements; over 21 years old.
- Pass company induction, theory, walk-round checks, driving and reversing tests.
Pay & Benefits:
- Day rate £16.50 per hour, night rate £18.50 per hour.
- Guaranteed minimum of 8 hours per day.
- Pay is issued weekly on Friday or monthly on the last Friday of the month.
