The Landlord Engagement Officer (London, £40,000 per annum, 6-month fixed‑term contract) works to secure landlord consent for essential meter‑room upgrades across the UK. This full‑time, hybrid role requires two days per week onsite in the City of London. The position involves contacting landlords, building owners, and property managers to acquire approval for upgrade works. You will manage a CRM system to track conversations and progress, building trust with key stakeholders. Meeting monthly and contract‑wide consent targets is a core responsibility.
