The Role
Working within a laboratory setting, you will support day-to-day testing activities by carrying out a range of predefined analytical tests and ensuring all work is completed in accordance with established procedures and quality standards. Previous laboratory experience is beneficial, but individuals with a science qualification and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine analytical tests following predefined laboratory methods and procedures
- Prepare samples and assist with test set-up activities
- Record and maintain accurate laboratory data and documentation
- Ensure laboratory equipment and workspaces are kept clean, organised and compliant with health and safety standards
- Follow all quality, safety and laboratory operating procedures
- Support laboratory colleagues with general testing and administrative activities as required
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and efficient working environment
