As Pastry Chef de Partie you will work within the pastry section, producing high quality dishes and desserts consistently to the standards expected of a 5 star operation.

The Pastry Chef de Partie will play a key role in maintaining the culinary standards across all food outlets within the property.

As Pastry Chef de Partie you will take responsibility for your section, ensuring cleanliness, organisation and full food safety compliance at all times.
