A North West based property development business is looking for a Construction Development Manager to take responsibility of full lifecycle projects – from sourcing land through to property build and sale. As the business is small (but growing) you’ll be operating at both a strategic and hands on level. The position is available on either a permanent or contract basis. To succeed in the role it’s essential that you have experience of a similar role working on residential construction projects – please note that we are unable to consider candidates without recent residential construction experience. The ideal candidate would have experience of working in both large and small businesses. Salary / rate are fully negotiable dependent on your experience levels.
