Join a Legal 500‑ranked insolvency team that manages both contentious and non‑contentious restructuring matters. You will advise insolvency practitioners, secured lenders, directors, and businesses on a broad range of insolvency issues.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a varied caseload of corporate and personal insolvency, administration appointments, insolvency litigation, court applications, property‑related insolvency transactions, and advisory work.
  • Contributing to business development initiatives and supporting junior colleagues.
  • Playing an active role in the continued growth of the practice.

The Candidate

  • Applications are welcomed from qualified solicitors with 2–4 years’ PQE and solid experience in insolvency law.
  • Experience advising on corporate and personal insolvency matters.
  • Strong commercial awareness and a pragmatic approach to resolving complex issues.
  • Confidence managing own caseload, building strong client relationships, and working collaboratively within a busy, supportive team.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and business‑development skills.
