As a Customer Service Adviser based in Kingston Upon Hull, you will be the primary contact for clients throughout their vehicle repair process.

This permanent, office-based role operates Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with a salary of £26,836.80 per annum.

Responsibilities

  • Be the main point of contact for customers throughout their repair journey.
  • Provide regular updates on repair progress.
  • Book vehicles in for repair and arrange collections and deliveries.
  • Work closely with site colleagues to ensure high standards of service are maintained.
  • Handle any excess payments.
  • Meet and greet customers with a friendly approach.
  • Update customers on the progress of their vehicles.
  • Full training is provided for this role.
