The HR Assistant will join H&C Solutions in Richmond, supporting a multi-site hospitality group known for its seasonal restaurant, private dining, café, and deli. This permanent, part-time position covers 24 hours weekly, spread across four on-site days, with a salary of £22,400 per annum.

  • HR Assistant requirements:
    • A highly driven, ambitious and organised Human Resources Assistant who takes pride in fostering a positive, inclusive and engaging workplace for all staff members.
    • Ability to work in a small team providing practical HR advice and guidance to managers, including employee relations, performance, absence, probation and wellbeing matters.
    • Confidence in coordinating recruitment administration.
    • Support payroll alongside the finance team.
    • Assist with employee relations processes, including investigations, disciplinary and grievance matters, with guidance from the Operations & People Director where appropriate.
    • Ensure HR policies, processes and employment practices remain compliant with UK employment legislation and are applied consistently across the business.
