About The Role Onward seeks a Housing Management Solicitor for its Manchester office, offering a full-time position with a salary of £59,800. The role involves delivering expert legal guidance on housing management matters, including tenancy enforcement, possession proceedings, and anti-social behaviour cases. You will advise internal teams and represent the organisation in court, ensuring compliance with current housing legislation. The post includes 32 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays, a pension with matched contributions up to 10%, and a flexible working arrangement. This permanent contract suits a qualified solicitor with strong litigation experience who can manage a complex caseload independently. What you can expect from us We offer a competitive salary of £59,800 per annum. 32 days annual leave plus bank holidays a total of 40 days paid holiday per annum which is equivalent to 8 weeks. Key responsibilities Legal case management: To manage a caseload of routine, complex and sensitive legal matters, comprising both contentious and non-contentious work, including advice and representation in relation to anti-social behaviour, tenancy enforcement, housing management, disrepair and other landlord and tenant matters.
