The Legal Assistant - Commercial Property role in Bedfordshire is a full-time position with a market-rate salary, suited to candidates holding over twelve months of relevant experience. You will join an established Commercial Property team, delivering comprehensive administrative support to Fee Earners.
Responsibilities
- Managing diaries, arranging meetings, handling client correspondence, and processing property transactions.
- Submitting SDLT forms to HMRC, preparing Land Registry applications, and assisting with Contract Packs and Transfer documentation.
- Managing client monies, including requesting payments and accurately recording receipts.
- Maintaining hard copy files and ensuring information can be retrieved efficiently.
