Manpower UK is seeking Production Line Operatives in Haydock for temporary ongoing positions, paying up to £12.71 per hour. The role involves working Monday to Friday, 07:00-17:00 with a one-hour unpaid break, totalling 45 hours weekly. The contract is temporary ongoing. You will join a team of 8-10 operatives on a new high-speed production line that operates continuously, producing eight packs per minute. Physical stamina and manual dexterity are essential. This is physically demanding work requiring comfort with a relentless pace. Immediate starts are available for this long-term assignment.
Key Duties- Working on a high-speed packing line, placing flavoured cans into packs
- Wrapping, twisting, bending, and assembling product components
- Building and making up flat‑packed cardboard packaging
- Keeping up with the pace of 8 packs per minute
- Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe workstation
