Programme and Data Administrator
Role ID: 19623BR Location: Havant.
This contract position offers £13.50 £15.00 per hour plus benefits.
Your primary duty involves monitoring formal data flow for programme teams, handling incoming and outgoing documentation via mail, e mail, or shared data environments, and logging all deliverables within Records Management, assigning correct classifications.
The working pattern is full time, with flexible benefits, pension, holiday pay, and sick leave.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor formal incoming, outgoing and internal data on behalf of the programme team(s) in accordance with the Data Management (DM) processes.
Documentation may be received/submitted via mail, e mail, or SDEs.
- Ensure all incoming data deliverables are logged within Records Management, assigning the appropriate actions (reviews/notifications) and monitoring progress.
- Coordinate review, approval and submission of outgoing data.
- Prepare letters and documents as required.
- Maintain records of incoming/outgoing deliverables in the relevant tracking tools, spreadsheets and reports.
- Upload/download data to/from SDE(s) as appropriate and notify stakeholders.
- Ensure that appropriate attributes are set for incoming/outgoing/internal data.
- Establish and maintain filing structures within the document management system(s) for efficient data storage and retrieval.
- Provide first line help to the team(s) on Data Management processes, local DM procedures, and the use of the electronic document management system(s).
- Report areas of concern to the Management team to help avoid late deliveries.
- Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven administrative skills.
- Previous use of IT systems.
- Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Good oral and written communication skills.
