Environmental Health and Safety Administrator - 19546 based in Havant.
Maintain data repositories for key safety activities including workstation ergonomics, manual handling, driving on business, equipment registers, first aiders, fire wardens, PPE, chemical risk assessments, and incident records.

Supports a leading systems integrator in defence and civil sectors, ensuring accurate records for compliance and Net Zero initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain data repositories and documentation for the ESH management system.
- Support all ESH related training, update matrices, book and record minutes.
- Facilitate ESH related meetings, agenda and minutes.
- Carry out amendments to approved risk assessments.
- Support ISO certification and internal audits.
- Assist in production of metrics and material for executive level presentations.
- Support team members during absence and provide overall administrative support.
- Develop, update, and implement working processes.
- Provide continuous improvement of performance and execution of tasks.
- Carry out any reasonable activities requested to support organisational objectives.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong organisational, communication and prioritisation skills.
