- Overview
Manage a varied caseload of business disputes representing corporates, SMEs, partnerships and individuals.
Provide legal advice on complex contractual and shareholder matters and represent clients in mediation, arbitration, and litigation.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on complex contractual, shareholder, professional negligence and property‑related disputes.
- Represent clients in mediation, arbitration and litigation proceedings.
- Support the wider Commercial Litigation team, supervise junior colleagues and contribute to business development and client care objectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) as a Commercial Litigation Solicitor.
- Strong technical skills and experience with high‑value commercial litigation.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and professional skills with empathy and professionalism.
- Teamwork and collaborative mindset.
