Group Finance Manager

This Finance Manager role is a permanent, full‑time position with Sheridan Maine, based in Central London. The annual salary ranges from £70,000 to £80,000. The role is office‑based and involves overseeing the day‑to‑day finance operations of a growing hospitality organisation, reporting directly to the Finance Director and partnering with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports and variance analysis
• Oversee month‑end processes, balance sheet reconciliations and financial controls
• Manage cash flow forecasting and supplier payments
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
• Consolidate financial information across multiple entities
• Oversee payroll processes and ensure statutory compliance
• Prepare information for year‑end audit and statutory reporting
• Monitor and improve financial processes and internal controls
• Manage, mentor and develop a small finance team
• Provide financial analysis and support business improvement projects

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification
• Previous experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role
• Strong management accounting and financial reporting experience
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships across the business
• Experience within hospitality, leisure or another fast‑paced multi‑site environment is advantageous
• Eligibility to work in the UK on a full‑time basis without restriction
