The Compound Driver position in Grimsby involves moving brand-new Kia vehicles across a secure site near Stallingborough and Immingham, with no long-distance travel required. Shifts run Monday to Friday between 6am and 6pm, extending up to twelve hours, plus occasional Saturdays. Pay starts at £12.91 hourly, rising to £19.07 for overtime beyond forty hours weekly. Candidates must hold a full UK licence for at least two years, be aged twenty-one or over, and provide their own transport for commuting. The role demands careful handling, spatial awareness, and steady precision when parking and repositioning cars.
