The predicted salary is between 128000 - 128000 £ per year.

This is a great opportunity to work within one of the UK's leading defence organisations. This role is based in Warton on a hybrid basis, requiring 3 days in the office per week.

Knowledge:

  • An understanding of emerging cyber requirements and cyber security threats.
  • A broad and comprehensive technical knowledge of IT infrastructure and technologies (with OT knowledge being an additional benefit).
  • Excellent understanding of government and industry standard security policy, standards and best practice guidance.
  • Experience of working in an IT function and relevant field.

Skills:

  • Experience defining and deploying Cyber risk management strategies, and assessment methodologies.
  • Experience in the management and delivery of key cyber security projects.
  • Experience of collaborating for success with key business stakeholders.
  • Experience managing, controlling and reporting project deliverables to senior management audiences.
  • Experience in people management.

Qualifications:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent worked experience preferably in a related discipline.

Desirable:

  • Professional IT Security qualification such as Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) / Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP).
