We are looking for a talented and driven Sous Chef to join the kitchen team at a celebrated Highland hotel and restaurant in the heart of Glencoe.

As Sous Chef you will work closely alongside the Head Chef, helping to deliver consistently high standards of food using the finest local Scottish produce in one of the country's most spectacular settings.

The Sous Chef will play a key role in the day to day running of the kitchen, supporting the Head Chef across all sections and taking the lead in their absence.

As Sous Chef you will be organised, hardworking and passionate about quality Scottish cooking.

The ideal Sous Chef will be confident managing a brigade, maintaining standards and driving the team forward during busy service periods.
