This will include greeting customers, supporting completion and checking of applications, obtaining biometric data and other documentation. You will need to follow an established and defined filing and administration process, all guided by a computer-based system. It is crucial for this role to engage with applicants and provide a positive service. Similarly, handling customer complaints diplomatically and assertively will be imperative. A valid DBS is required as part of the screening process. A copy of your certificate will need to be provided.
