The Education Network Durham & Newcastle seeks a Male PE Teacher for a full-time role in Gateshead, commencing September 2026 on an ongoing basis.

Delivering lessons to Key Stages 3 and 4, the post holder will plan engaging sessions, assess progress, and foster an inclusive atmosphere.

Daily pay ranges from £162.31 to £251.71, dependent on experience.

Candidates must hold QTS, QTLS, or equivalent, with secondary-level teaching experience.

Strong classroom control and the capacity to inspire pupils are essential.

Collaboration with departmental colleagues will support curriculum development, ensuring students remain challenged and motivated throughout their physical education journey.
