As an FLT Driver / Warehouse Operative (Days) in Shipley, you will join a permanent team handling materials movement and general warehouse duties. Your core responsibilities include operating a forklift to load, unload, and transport stock, plus manual handling, order picking, and keeping the facility organised. This role offers a salary up to £27,300 per annum, with overtime payable beyond 37.5 hours weekly. The working pattern is Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, though initial training runs from 8:00am to 4:00pm.

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate forklift trucks to move materials and products around site (Counterbalance and Reach)
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing deliveries
- Build pallets and prepare goods for dispatch
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders
- Move stock between departments and storage locations
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment
- Carry out daily equipment and forklift checks, reporting any defects
- Assist with stock control and inventory processes
- Support with general warehouse duties as required
About You:
- A valid Counterbalance and Reach FLT licence
- Previous experience in a warehouse and forklift driving position
