Shift Pattern
The position operates on a rotating weekly pattern
- Week 1 (Day shifts): Monday‑Thursday 06:00‑14:30, Friday 06:00‑12:00.
- Week 2 (Afternoon shifts): Monday‑Thursday 14:30‑23:00, Friday 12:00‑18:00.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a counterbalance forklift truck safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload deliveries and supply production areas with materials.
- Transport finished goods to storage locations.
- Manually handle materials weighing up to 25kg.
- Accurately book stock in and out and carry out stock movements and inventory tasks.
- Complete daily FLT safety checks and maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
- Follow all health and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Valid counterbalance FLT licence (RTITB, ITSSAR or equivalent).
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Comfortable with manual handling of loads up to 25kg.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
- Able to work the rotating shift pattern.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to safe working practices.
