Responsibilities

  • Join a thriving Corporate team with an enviable client portfolio and advise on a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, management buyouts, shareholder agreements, corporate restructures, joint ventures and general corporate advisory work.
  • Play a leading role in developing the practice, strengthening existing client relationships and generating new business.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across banking, commercial, employment, real estate and tax to deliver seamless advice on high-value transactions.
  • Contribute to growth and leverage the firm’s investment in its Birmingham office and internal referral networks.
