As Transport Co-ordinator, you will join our Telford client based in Hadley on a full-time, permanent basis, earning between £33,000 and £36,000 per annum.

Your primary focus involves managing daily vehicle movements, scheduling driver routes, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include routing, tracking active deliveries, and resolving transport delays.

You will brief departing drivers, monitor live shipments via GPS and telematics, and update clients on any disruptions.

The role also requires checking driver hours and licenses, plus logging vehicle maintenance or defects.

Transport Co-ordinator Pertemps are looking for a full-time permanent Transport Co-ordinator for our successful company based in Wellington, to join their busy and driven team.

As a transport coordinator you will be managing daily vehicle movements, schedules driver routes, and handles regulatory compliance.

Key duties involve daily routing, tracking active deliveries, and resolving transport delays.

You will be briefing departing drivers, track live shipments via GPS/telematics, and update clients on delays, monitoring driver hours, check licenses, and logging vehicle maintenance or defects.

Successful

Candidate: 2 years + transport/ warehouse administration experience Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving abilities under tight schedules.

Proficient in Excel and specialized Transport Management Systems (TMS) Computer Literate Familiarity with road transport legislation and driver hours rules Confident in dealing with drivers and paperwork Flexible/Reliable Hours Day 7am – 7pm 4 on 4 off Rotating Salary £33,000-£35,000 per annum Depending on experience
