Overview

Position: Electronic Assembler (Permanent Contract) in Stroud. Responsible for constructing low‑volume, high‑value precision robotic devices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble components across all product lines.
  • Select appropriate tools and fixtures.
  • Test finished assemblies to ensure they meet specifications.
  • Apply dimensioning and tolerancing to mechanical parts.
  • Maintain labour records for all transactions.
  • Identify, troubleshoot and resolve build issues.
  • Use Manufacturing System guiding principles and tools to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proficiency in assembly techniques.
  • Diagnostic abilities to troubleshoot issues.
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement methods.
