JAM Recruitment Ltd in Kingswinford is recruiting a Customer Coordinator for a full-time temp-to-perm role, working Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, connecting B2B clients with Production and Planning teams to keep orders flowing.
You will support Senior Management by maintaining accurate order information, lead times and high client satisfaction, coordinating with Production, Planning, Purchasing, Logistics, Warehouse and Sales to deliver on promises and improve service levels.
