Essential Skillset:
- Support HV operations across BESS and grid-connected assets (up to 400kV systems)
- Application of HV safety rules, switching procedures, and operational standards
- Experience with HV switchgear, transformers, protection systems, and grid interfaces
- Support development and application of safe systems of work and HV procedures
- Understanding of HV risk management and operational safety requirements
- Experience working with DNO/TSO interface requirements and Grid Code (G99/G100, RfG)
- Support HV outage planning, switching programmes, and site operations
- Strong understanding of HV asset operation and maintenance principles
- Maintain and update operational and technical documentation
- Work collaboratively with contractors to ensure HV safety compliance
- Experience in BESS, renewables, or grid-scale generation assets preferred
- Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
