The predicted salary is between 13.03 - 13.03 £ per hour.
This is a permanent, full-time Grounds Maintenance Operative position based in Templepatrick, Northern Ireland.
Working pattern: Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 17:00. Annualised hours of 40 per week (45 hours during the season and 35 in winter).
Hourly rate: £12.71–£13.03 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Grass cutting with ride‑on and pedestrian mowers.
- Strimming and pruning of grass and shrubs.
- Weeding and shrub and border maintenance.
- Litter picking and related horticultural duties.
Requirements
- Previous grounds maintenance experience.
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Reliable, with a can‑do attitude and safety‑conscious mindset.
- Full, valid UK driving licence (B+E for towing trailers) and PA1/PA6 licences are an advantage but not essential.
