About the role

We currently require a Contracts Manager to manage the day to day running of the contracts in Northern Ireland. The successful candidate would be looking after a large portfolio of our public sector contracts and delivering them to an industry-wide standard, encompassing contract performance, delivery of contract objectives, client relationships, people management, health andamp; safety compliance and financial performance. The role will be based out of our Templepatrick depot but some days you will be expected to travel to client sites around Northern Ireland.

Requirements

5+ years experience as a Contracts Manager or adjacent position (strong preference for experience to be within Grounds Maintenance). Experience with handling the delivery of a large number of contracts and their specifications. Strong experience in scheduling and planning PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) cycles, ensuring all works are delivered in line with client specifications, contractual requirements, and agreed service levels. Commercial financial knowledge and experience in mapping out budgets and meeting client KPIs. Strong people management skills in engaging with employees internally and clients externally. IT proficient - experience with Microsoft Office and internal portals (training will be provided on the latter). A full valid UK driving licence is essential.
