Overview
As a Contract Administrator, you will support 52 landscaping contracts, ensuring smooth service delivery across the community while working full‑time Monday–Friday, 9:00–17:00 (flexible). This fixed‑term, 3‑month role offers £27,000 per annum with potential to become permanent.
Responsibilities
- Provide operational support across 52 landscaping contracts, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Manage helpdesks and handle correspondence across client and internal portals.
- Coordinate resources and maintain accurate records for all contracts.
- Navigate client and internal portals, ensuring effective communication and documentation.
- Manage a high workload and meet tight deadlines with strong organisational skills.
- Utilise IT systems, including Microsoft Excel and other portals, to support contract administration.
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior administrative experience, preferably managing helpdesks.
- Capacity to handle high workloads and meet deadlines.
- IT literacy with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Attention to detail, problem‑solving capabilities, and proficiency with basic Microsoft Office tools.
- Experience with CRM systems is preferable; training will be provided.
