A Digital Print Operator or Trainee is required for a permanent, full-time role based in Bromyard (HR7), working 39.5 hours per week on site. The position offers a salary of £12.80–£13.30 per hour, dependent on experience and successful probation completion. Both trainees with no prior digital print experience and experienced operators are encouraged to apply.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operation of digital printing machinery
- Set up and adjust printing equipment according to job specifications
- Monitor the printing process to ensure quality and consistency
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the printing process

Person Specification:
The Digital Print Operator should be capable of adapting to changes in technology, processes, and be open to innovation and continuous improvement in printing processes and techniques. They should have the ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute positively to a team environment and have the ability to handle the pressures and demands of a fast-paced production environment. Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience is highly preferred but not essential, a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are of key importance. Need to be competent on computers. The role includes using Mac and Windows based computers, candidates must be comfortable with their IT skills. Ability to read and interpret job orders and specifications. Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work. Ability to work accurately and methodically under pressure. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high quality standards. Initiative, with problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to communicate effectively across departments and with management. Self-motivated and can work with minimal supervision. Demonstrable desire to learn printing, especially if no previous experience in this field.
