Pertemps Newcastle is seeking a Data & Reporting Administration Analyst for a temporary, full time 14 month contract in New York (salary £26,617 per annum).

The role begins late August or early September and involves maintaining accurate, well organised information across multiple internal and external systems, providing administrative support to Business Analysts, and helping meet priorities within the Health, Safety and Training directorate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Compile data for monthly reporting and performance information.
  • Support the Data & Reporting team in managing the Safety Reporting System (Eco Online).
  • Provide required business analysis, interpretation and evaluation of findings.
  • Work as part of a small team to coordinate safety, customer service, and business targets.
  • Assist with the preparation of leading and lagging safety data.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a small team and independently.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Good planning and organisational skills.
  • High motivation and flexibility to handle changing demands.
  • Balance workload priorities to deliver business requirements.
  • 5 GCSEs (Grade C or above) or NVQ Level 2.
  • Valid full UK driving licence.
  • Microsoft Excel skills (required).
  • Excellent customer service and people skills.

Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week. Location: Shiremoor. A full UK driving licence is essential.
