Hourly Pay rate: £14.80 per hour.
Assignment length: 26 weeks.
Working hours: 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am‑5pm.

Responsibilities
- Represent Thames Water in direct customer engagement, ensuring drinking water meets stringent quality standards.
- Travel extensively across a wide area to collect and test water samples from treatment works, reservoirs, and customer properties.
- Maintain accurate sampling records and keep equipment in line with industry regulations.
- Support investigations into supply concerns and customer complaints, helping resolve issues quickly and professionally.
- Participate in frontline service and uphold public health through meticulous water‑quality management.
Qualifications
- Clean, manual UK driving licence.
- Experience in a role that involves significant driving and direct customer interaction.
