Responsibilities
- Provide one‑to‑one and small group support for pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
- Build positive, trusting relationships that encourage confidence and engagement.
- Support students in the classroom and during other school activities.
- Help implement behaviour support strategies and individual learning plans.
- Collaborate closely with teachers and pastoral staff to promote positive outcomes for every pupil.
Qualifications and Attributes
- Experience working with children or young people – desirable but not essential.
