We are looking for an exceptional Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at a Two Michelin Star restaurant in the heart of Perthshire, one of Scotland’s most prestigious dining destinations.

As Chef de Partie you will work within an intimate, high achieving kitchen, producing exceptional dishes consistently to the very highest culinary standards.

The Chef de Partie will play a key role in maintaining culinary excellence across an operation of 20 to 26 covers per service, with an emphasis placed on producing and presenting high quality dishes.

As Chef de Partie you will take full ownership of your section, upholding the highest standards at all times.

The ideal Chef de Partie will have a minimum of 3 AA Rosette or Michelin star experience, with a quality rather than volume background and strong career longevity.

The Chef de Partie will also be eager to learn and develop under an experienced Executive Chef in a world class environment.
