Overview
Manpower UK is looking for a Weekend Passenger Assistant to support customers at Crewe Train Station.
This part‑time, temporary role pays £13.50 per hour for up to 15 hours per week, working Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00am to 6:00pm.
The position starts immediately and requires a DBS check.
Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and greet customers who have pre‑booked assistance services
- Escort and guide passengers around the station and to the correct platforms
- Provide reassurance, support and information throughout their journey
- Assist members of the public with enquiries and directions
- Act as a key point of contact for anyone requiring assistance within the station
- Use radios to communicate with colleagues and operational teams
- Update and upload information onto internal systems
- Deliver outstanding customer service at all times
- Manage multiple tasks in a busy and fast‑paced environment
- Go the extra mile to provide a positive customer experience
