This permanent Credit Co-ordinator position in Blackburn sits with a well-established finance and insurance business near the M65.
Working two days weekly from home, the post-holder manages deal changes, liaising across departments to respond promptly to brokers, vendors and direct customers.
Duties include reviewing and approving credit conditions within an agreed mandate, escalating cases where needed, and partnering with the Credit Support team to prepare proposals for assessment.
Administrative assistance to colleagues forms part of the work.
Applicants must bring at least one year's background in insurance, financial services, asset finance or factoring, as this remains essential.

- Efficiently deal with all the deal changes we receive, and work with multiple teams within the company to be able to give a response to the broker, vendor and direct customers.
- Review and sign off credit conditions within your mandate or escalte as appropriate.
- Work collaboratively with the Credit Support team to prepare and present proposals for credit assessment.
- Provide administrative support to the Credit Automation initiative.
- Direct support for other teams when required.
- Work closely with the Lead Underwriter to deliver an inclusive and positive team environment.
