As a Customer Service Agent based in Coventry, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, resolving queries and delivering high-quality support. This full-time, temporary role offers hybrid remote working and a salary between £27,000 and £29,000 per annum. You will work on a rota covering weekdays between 7am and 7pm, plus weekends from 7am to 3pm. After training, weekend shifts are completed from home.

Key Responsibilities- Handle customer enquiries in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner.
- Respond to enquiries relating to deliveries and services.
- Accurately log and categorise customer interactions using internal systems.
- Complete customer verification and security checks.
- Triage customer queries and escalate complex issues to the Customer Support Specialist team where appropriate.
- Take ownership of customer queries through to resolution.
- Work towards individual and team KPI targets.
- Attend team meetings and training sessions, contributing positively to the team.

- Be flexible and support the wider team with additional tasks as required by management.
- Proven experience in a customer support or customer service role, or experience as a Client Service Representative.
