As a Counterbalance Forklift Driver on the day shift in Slough, you will join a leading logistics firm committed to safety and employee progression.

- Operate the relevant M. H. E. employed within the warehouse in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods.
- Unload inbound shipments safely and move product to holding and storage locations.
- Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage and/or contamination.
- Report quality variances.
- Pull and prepare product for shipment, ensuring the correct quantity and type of product is loaded and shipped.
- Perform picking duties, where required, in an efficient manner that meets customer service standards.
- Efficiently move product from storage and holding areas on to outbound vehicles.
- Use RF equipment for picking, receiving, put away and load functions, as required.
- Assist in physical inventories.
- Perform checks/inspection of equipment as laid down by process, report on equipment performance/non-performance.
- Required Skills and Qualifications
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence
- Previous experience operating counterbalance forklifts in a warehouse environment
- Good understanding of health and safety regulations related to forklift operation
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Physical fitness and stamina to handle manual tasks and operate machinery
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude
