Job Summary: We are seeking physically fit individuals to join our team as Hand Stackers. In this role, you will be responsible for manually stacking, organising, and moving goods within our clients warehouse and production environment. Ideal candidates will possess exceptional physical endurance, strength, and agility to efficiently handle heavy and bulky items.

Responsibilities:

  • Stack and arrange products or materials by hand according to organisational standards.
  • Ensure accurate counting and placement of items to optimize storage space.
  • Operate manual lifting equipment and tools safely and effectively.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas to promote a safe working environment.
  • Assist in inventory control and stock management by accurately documenting movements and counts.

Requirements:

  • Proven physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects repeatedly.
  • Lift 16kg and 20kg regularly from a waist high conveyer belt onto pallets.
  • A clear understanding of manual handling safety procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and safety standards.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or production setting is preferred but not required.
