- Advise developers, property owners, contractors, consultants and insurers on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious construction matters.
- Handle disputes involving litigation, adjudication, arbitration, mediation, expert determination and insurance-related claims.
- Advise on JCT, NEC and FIDIC contracts, including drafting, negotiating and interpreting standard and bespoke agreements.
- Manage your own caseload, taking responsibility for strategy, deadlines, budgets and client relationships.
- Work on complex matters involving the Technology & Construction Court and expert technical evidence.
- Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to the continued development and strategic direction of the Construction team.
- Applications are welcomed from Solicitors with 4+ years' PQE and strong experience in contentious and/or non-contentious construction law.
You will possess excellent technical, analytical and drafting skills, strong commercial awareness and a pragmatic approach to dispute resolution.
