£47.14 Per Hour (Umbrella Rate – Inside IR35)
The Role
- Assist in the overall co-ordination of delivery of configuration management Capability. Co-ordinate implementation of appropriate business rules and controls for each phase of the product lifecycle and ensure required level of reporting is delivered for Configuration Management,
- Providing support for configuration management of 3D model lock down and archiving activities and overseeing the configuration control of 3D model baseline,
- Support the Principal Engineer in maintaining the RCD Configuration Management Baselines,
- Support the development of the program baselines (FBL, ABL and PBL),
- Development, deployment, and governance of Configuration Item (CI) Strategy,
- Assist in development and implementation of CM tools, processes and practices as articulated in the RDC Product Configuration Management Plan.
The Candidate
- Have experience/knowledge of the key toolsets used across the project to implement Configuration/PLM particularly PTC Windchill, SENER FORAN or AVEVA ERM
- Strong knowledge, and ideally a user, of existing product change and configuration management processes.
- Integrated bill of materials (iBoM) and change management in Windchill knowledge.
