It focuses on managing and improving shared residential areas, ensuring quality and safety standards, coordinating maintenance programmes, liaising with residents, and overseeing cleaning schedules. Compliance responsibilities:
- Carry out communal inspections on all general‑needs buildings to ensure safety and suitability
- Report health and safety hazards and coordinate necessary repairs
- Work cooperatively with customers and colleagues to enforce tenancy agreements where appropriate
- Perform customer‑related compliance activities within the Neighbourhood team remit
Neighbourhood Improvements:
