- Advise on acquisitions and disposals, investment portfolio transactions, and development projects
- Handle landlord and tenant matters, commercial leases, site acquisitions and option agreements
- Support corporate transactions with associated property elements
- Liaise with clients, agents and other professionals to provide commercially focused advice throughout the transaction process
